How it works

Initial Consultation: We'll start with a complimentary consultation to discuss your goals, challenges, and how coaching can help you. This is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and if we feel comfortable with starting on this journey of exploration together.
Goal Setting: Together, we'll define clear and achievable goals that align with your aspirations and values.
Action Planning: We'll develop a personalized action plan with concrete steps to help you make progress towards your goals.
Coaching Sessions: Through one-on-one coaching sessions, we'll work collaboratively to overcome obstacles, develop new skills, and achieve your desired outcomes.
Progress Tracking: We'll regularly assess your progress, celebrate successes and make adjustments to your action plan as needed to ensure you stay on track.

A coaching assignment is usually between 4 and 6 sessions.

IMPACT 4 Session Package

MAXIMIZER 6-Session Package:

This package is designed to help you reach your goal by working through the fundamentals of coaching clarifying your goal, addressing challenges and setting up an action plan.

It is a great way to start if you are new to 1-1 coaching or have some idea of your goal already.

The IMPACT program includes:

Pre-coaching questionnaire to help us make a fast start
Identification of strengths, values and obstacles to growth
4 x 60 min online session to deep dive into your situation, your skills & options. We will set out a structured plan to move forward which will help you stay motivated, productive and confident.

MAXIMIZER 6-Session Package:

This package is the best value, and the program to work in-depth and achieve powerful, lasting results. We will clarify your goal, address challenges and develop an action plan. You get to build on each session and address all the queries, doubt and challenges that come up along the journey.

This program covers an end to end process in either career coaching or life coaching so that you can confidentially achieve your goals and have the career or purpose in life that you deserve.

The MAXIMIZER program includes:

Identification of strengths, values and obstacles to growth
Development of your own personal growth map & prioritisation matrix
